Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: - Cancellation Within 7 Days: Guests who cancel their booking at least seven days before the scheduled retreat date will receive a full refund minus credit card fees. - Cancellation After 7 Days: Guests who cancel their booking less than seven days before the scheduled retreat date will owe 50% of the booking amount. - Cancellation Method: Cancellations must be made through our official booking platform or by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
